If you are ordering more than one book to be sent to the same address, you can save on shipping if you pay by check. Prices with shipping included are as follows.
2 books – $34.80
3 books – $50.80
More than 3 books – $50.80 plus $15.00 for each additional book
International Orders
All International orders must be paid in U.S. dollars
Shipment to Canada – Add $3.00 to domestic prices
For most other countries – Add $5.50 to domestic prices
